The Opendoor Solution was developed by Realtime Results in 2006 and gives users a web-based platform for dispatching leads and work orders to sales or service personnel. Reps in the field use Opendoor to access assigned work on their mobile device and then capture valuable information on customized forms.

Opendoor also provides powerful management tools to monitor rep productivity through GPS tracking and robust reporting. The Opendoor Solution has been deployed in the cable, telecommunications, home security and energy industries, among others. Over one million mobile forms and 60 million GPS transactions are processed on the platform, every month.

John McFerron is the President and CEO of Realtime Results.

President and CEO

John joined Realtime Results in 2014 as Managing Director and was promoted to President and CEO in 2019. In this capacity, John oversees the company’s product recall, software licensing and call center operations. Previously, John spent 20 years in the cable industry including leadership roles with Charter Communications, Suddenlink Communications, Broadstripe, Wide Open West and RCN. While in the cable industry, John served as Executive Vice President – Commercial Operations, Senior Vice President – Customer Care, Vice President of Financial Operations and Director of Regulatory Compliance. Prior to his time in the cable industry, Mr. McFerron was employed for 5 years as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen, LLP in the tax division. John graduated from the University of Missouri with a Masters of Accountancy degree.

Tom Brockhaus is the SVP of Business Development & Client Services at Realtime Results

SVP of Business Development & Client Services

Tom Brockhaus is SVP of Business Development & Client Services at Realtime Results. Tom leads sales and support efforts with the Open Door mobile solution. Prior to joining Realtime Results, Tom led operations and marketing efforts at Ameritech, Charter Communications, Electronic Data Systems and American Express. His marketing accomplishments have been published in various trade journals, including: CRM Guru, Channel Vision, Multichannel News, Field Technologies Online and Network World. Tom earned his undergraduate degree in Communications Management from Missouri State University and an M.A. in Computer Resource Management from Webster University, St. Louis.

Diane Kopitsky is the Managing Director for Realtime Results

Diane serves as a Managing Director for Realtime Results, LLC heading up the Technology Services group. Diane’s key focus is product development and supporting Realtime’s customer base – both internal and external. Before joining Realtime, Diane spent 20+ years with CSI Leasing, Inc., the largest privately held independent technology lessor and was responsible for the company’s IT department including development of a custom application to manage the life cycle of leased assets. Diane is a CPA who spent 4 years with Arthur Andersen’s tax division. She has a B.A. in Economics from Emory University and an M.B.A from Duke.

Jonathan Santangelo

Director of Information Technology

Jonathan has been with Realtime Results since 2007, wearing many hats within the Technology Service department. His primary responsibilities are to lead the software development team and manage the various systems throughout our organization. In addition, he provides product development oversight and offers problem solving assistance across many departments. He graduated from Missouri State University with degrees in Information Systems, Marketing Management, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Daniel McDermott

Client Services Manager

Dan has been with Realtime Results since 2009 and has served in essential positions in the Operations and Client Service departments. In his current role, Dan leads the Client Services team and is responsible for day-to-day communications with clients, providing technical end-user support, conducting training, managing software configurations and working with internal and external development teams. Dan studied education programs at the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

Mesa Moultrie

Account Specialist

Mesa joined Realtime Results as Account Specialist in 2015. He is responsible for supporting existing clients and serves as the primary contact for end-users. Mesa’s responsibilities include: providing application consulting, training, user profile management, software configuration and testing. Mesa earned his Bachelor’s Degree in History and Minor in French from the University of Missouri, Saint Louis.

Alexandra Digrispino

Lead Developer

Alexandra joined the Realtime Results development team as Lead Developer in 2018. She plays a key role to the organization by translating business requirements into development projects to ensure effective onboarding. Alexandra also manages software and code upgrades to keep Realtime on the most efficient technology platforms. Prior to joining Realtime, she was an I.T. consultant and served as Data Architect and Developer for the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. Alexandra earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Lindenwood University.

Tony Digrispino

Lead Software Developer

Tony joined the Realtime Results development team as Lead Software Developer in 2019. His primary duties include building new software applications and supporting / updating existing applications. Prior to joining Realtime, he worked at the RGA for 7 years creating and supporting SharePoint applications and sites. Tony earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Lindenwood University.
