Adaptability of Opendoor Solution

The Opendoor solution is often described as ‘highly configurable’, which has proven to be true during the COVID-19 crisis.   While direct sales efforts have been significantly reduced, Realtime Results has been able to partner with our clients to reconfigure Opendoor to support other productive initiatives.  For instance, Opendoor is being utilized to support outbound calling campaigns, surveys and customer retention programs.  We’ve worked-out an efficient process for receiving and managing data and clients are running programs using the tools they’re already familiar with.
