The Opendoor software solution from Realtime Results has been deployed by AEP Energy, a competitive retail electric service provider. The goal for the new system is to boost door-to-door energy sales and reduce expenses from the sales channel.
The Opendoor software connects to a web-based management system, giving users a complete view of door-to-door sales activities. The system allows users to assign leads electronically on a map, use GPS tracking to ensure turf compliance, monitor the location of TPV submissions, and run performance reports to measure key metrics such as doors knocked, contact rates and sales conversions.
In addition to the sales management tools, Opendoor integrates directly with VoiceLog, a leading provider of TPV services, to streamline the TPV process and reduce talk time and expense by up to 20%. The relationship is the only one of its kind in the industry.
