Realtime Results’ Opendoor Solution Gains Powerful New Lead Functions
St. Louis, MO – June 28, 2012 – Realtime Results today officially released the newest version of its Opendoor field sales and service mobile application. The new release, Version 10.0, brings powerful and intuitive new abilities for working with and managing leads and assigned work to the mobile devices of field sales and service agents.
With the newest release, Opendoor field users can now view and interact with assigned sales leads or work orders on an interactive GPS map that displays the exact location of all assigned work. Leveraging GPS, the system centers the map on the user’s location and allows them to see the proximity of all assigned work. Maps can be viewed in street view or satellite detail and it makes it incredibly easy for a user to move from lead to lead in a logical fashion.
All leads on the mobile device are color coded to provide a quick way to eyeball priority work or work that is in progress. The new map-based functionality also streamlines a user’s interaction with the leads on their mobile phone or tablet. A field agent can quickly update the status of work with several new disposition functions that are fast and immediate greatly improving efficiency.
